I’m super excited to share that Julie Bourbeau, Translation Services, is growing. I’ve been working with the same two proofreaders and translators for the last 13 years and, two weeks ago, I hired Edwige Bouyer from www.adjointevirtuelle.ca to help out with various admin tasks (such as adding to this blog section).
Don’t be surprised if you receive emails from her on my behalf.
Also, In the last month, I’ve worked on various translation projects for my clients and, while being « vowed to secrecy » for some projects, there are others I can share as they become public. Here are some of them: – On Sunday, October 20th, at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, the Starlight Children’s Foundation, will be hosting “Tea & Tiaras”, an elegant afternoon tea event that raises awareness and funds in support of Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada. This decadent gathering of mothers, daughters, aunties, grandmothers, cousins, friends and colleagues is an inspiring event you don’t want to miss! To purchase tickets, click here.
– Last month, Let’s Talk Science launched its new and improved bilingual website. For more than 25 years, this award-winning, national, charitable organization has provided inspiring, evidence-based STEM programs at no cost for Canadian youth and educators. Click here to find out more.
If you’re a client and would like to be featured in this section, please let me know the next time you send me a translation request.
